Al-Fazal’s concept is based on Nobel Qur’anic teaching and practical approach advised by Prophet SAWW. 

“About FAZAL” 

ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ٤ 

This is the favour of Allah. He grants it to whoever He wills. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty. 

Allah SWT’s divine commandment for all believers’ states and disbursement of resources is narrated as 

ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَـٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ ٣ 

Those who believe in Unseen; establish the Prayer in conformity with its conditions, and out of what We have provided for them (of wealth, knowledge, power, etc.,) they spend (to provide sustenance for needy and God’s cause, purely for the good pleasure of God and without placing other under obligation.)  

This is a divine order for believers, and we use the resources to help needy.
